ISB swimming pool: maximizing utility

Last week our swimming pool served as a “battle ground” for fierce inter-section competition. Each section presented a team of swimmers, which competed in individual events and relays; over 40 swimmers from 5 countries have hit the ISB pool to see who is the fastest. The winners, section D, won a cake as well as a ton of section points.  Here is how it was:
